Description

segmentQUILT© is a new protective dual layer eva based foam substrate material with a proprietary 3M peel and stick adhesive that is applied on your stainless steel segment guards to prevent new or conceal existing damage caused by road debris.

Each section is manufactured from the highest quality material available.  Patterns, fillets, chamfers, channels, contours, and surface etching are performed by advanced digitally controlled CNC equipment and carbon dioxide lasers.

This material was originally developed as an outdoor decking surface for yacht and marine applications. The product will provide years of protection from road debris, rock dings, scuffs, scratches and is resistant to tar, organic compounds, and road oils commonly encountered during highway travel.

Application, care and removal of the product is a simple and easy diy process.

Currently we offer a pattern for the full height contemporary segment guards on year 2000 and newer airstream trailers.

The product is sold as a complete set of four panels (2 upper and 2 lower)

Fitment note for Airstream Classic models — the product will fit your coach, but you may need to trim 2-4mm off the bottom edge of the upper segmentQUILT sheets as placement of the rub rail on Classic model rock guards commonly exhibit variations (about 1/5 Classic models require a minor trim for proper fitment).  It is a pretty simple alteration to make if required and we are happy to walk you through the process if necessary.
